Training for the Online Learning Center

Written by Behrman House Staff, 16 of February, 2012

Learn how to use our new Online Learning Center! We will be holding weekly webinars beginning Thursday, March 1 and continuing each Thursday through the end of the school year. Behrman House staff will give you step-by-step guidance on how to create—and make the most of—a private online space that can help ignite student learning in your school.

As we show the Online Learning Center to educators across the country, one of the most frequently asked questions is how teachers will learn to use it. So we are supplementing our growing number of Video Lessons with weekly webinars that will show you how to:

     - Create and use an invitation-only digital classroom space for a variety of learning models.
     - Invite teachers and students into your online school
     - Add up to five levels of digital Hebrew to your curriculum and boost decoding skills and retention
     - Find, post, and save multi-media materials designed especially for the Jewish classroom
     - Organize all types of classes, from basic Hebrew to staff development to lifelong learning
     - And more

Choose a date and subject that meets your needs. Attend one, two, or all of our webinars. Invite teachers, clergy, and lay leaders to participate as well.

All webinars will be held on Thursdays at 1 p.m. eastern time.
